Kansas City voters could be asked to weigh in on the proposal to replace KCI with a $1.25 billion, single-terminal airport at the ballot box as early as this August.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Sam Graves issued the following statement in response to the announcement that provisions supporting the F/A-18 line would be included in the Fiscal Year 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Graves, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, pushed to secure the Navy's request for an additional fourteen F/A-18 Super Hornets, which will be built at a Boeing facility in Missouri.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Sam Graves, Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Highways and Transit, on Wednesday hosted a roundtable on implementation of the FAST Act. The discussion specifically focused on regulatory reforms that Graves wrote into the newest Highway Bill, which was signed into law last December.

Missouri now stands to receive $1 billion per year to spend on roads, bridges, and new transportation infrastructure. That's the most funding the state has ever received for transportation projects.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Sam Graves today introduced legislation forcing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to deport illegal immigrants living in America on expired visas. H.R. 4726, the Preventing Illegal Visa Overstays Act, will withhold pay for the Secretary of DHS until the Department enforces standing visa laws.
