Washington, D.C -- Yesterday, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) awarded nearly $255 million to expand rural broadband in the State of Missouri, the most of any state. This award was distributed through the FCC's Connect America Fund Phase II Auction, which will award $1.5 billion over 10 years to 45 states. With Missouri ranking 42nd in broadband availability, the support from the FCC will certainly help in our goal to provide highspeed broadband access to all of rural Missouri.

Selecting a Supreme Court Justice is one of the most important decisions the President can make. Earlier this week, President Donald Trump announced his nominee to the Supreme Court selecting Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace the retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy.
I said last week that it was critical that the nominee be a constitutional conservative who will uphold the rule of law and make decisions based on the direction our founders had in mind for this country. I believe that Judge Kavanaugh is a perfect example of that kind of judge.
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. Sam Graves, (MO-06), released the following statement in support of President Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh:

As the Declaration states, our rights come from God and are laid out in the Constitution. We pass laws in Congress to defend these rights and the Supreme Court is tasked with ensuring that these rights adhere to the Constitution.
