Graves sent a letter to USDA IG Phyllis Fong earlier this week urging her to investigate the matter.

WASHINGTON, D.C.– On Thursday, January 23rd, students who participated in the annual Congressional Art Competition gathered at a reception in St. Joseph, where Congressman Sam Graves (MO-06) applauded their work. At the gathering, which was held at the Northwest Missouri State University St. Joseph Center, Graves recognized several of the young artists for their work, noting three honorable mentions and announcing the first, second, and third place winners.
