You may have heard that the Obama Administration recently announced it was delaying the ‘employer mandate,' a key component of the Affordable Care Act which requires all businesses with 50 or more employees provide their full-time workers with an affordable healthcare option or face a penalty. While this delay may provide some relief for the Administration, it won't help small businesses that will still have to grapple with this heavy-handed mandate in the near future.

On July 3, 1776, a 41 year-old patriot named John Adams wrote a letter to his wife describing the Declaration of Independence that the Continental Congress would adopt the next day. WASHINGTON, D.C.– U.S. Congressman Sam Graves (MO-06) announced today that his office is returning $193,763 – or nearly 15 percent of his office's budget – to the Treasury Department for Fiscal Year 2012.
