Graves Meets with St. Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce
(Washington, DC) U.S. Congressman Sam Graves today met with members of the St. Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC to hear their concerns. During the hour-long meeting, Graves and 25 members of the Chamber, including St. Joseph Mayor Bill Falkner, Deputy Mayor Byron Myers, and Chamber President and CEO Patt Lilly discussed timely issues of concern to the city, including the potential impact of sequestration on the 139thAirlift Wing and Rosecrans Airport, and issues related to the Missouri River.
"I enjoy meeting with constituents when they visit Washington, and welcoming the St. Joseph Chamber each year is always a highlight," said Congressman Graves.
