Graves meets with North Missouri Superintendents

August 19, 2020

CAMERON, MO – On Monday, Congressman Sam Graves (MO-06) met with School Superintendents from across North Missouri to discuss current issues facing public schools.

"Our public schools are facing an unprecedented crisis with COVID-19," said Graves. "Last spring, our teachers, administrators, staff members, and local school boards rose to the challenge to safely continue educating our children online and at-home. We've got to make sure that our public schools are able to continue to thrive, even in a challenging environment. I appreciate these Superintendents taking the time to share the issues they are facing. We had a great discussion, and I will continue to ensure that our public schools get the support they need from Congress."

Graves is the Congressional Co-Chair for National Public Schools Week.
