Graves Secures Funding for Highway 291 Project

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Sam Graves announced today that he secured $4,000,000 for the Highway 291 Project in the appropriations bill signed into law last month.

 “Highway 291 is desperately in need of improvements,” Rep. Graves said. “By adding more lanes, we can reduce congestion and increase safety on this important highway. I’m happy to secure this funding so we can expand a section of this highway, which will benefit the Northland for years to come.”

The project will expand a section of MO 291 to four lanes and add turn lanes from Flintlock Road to 104^th Street.
